Another post season is upon us, the yankees and twins are duking it out, 3-3 in the first inning. Who's your team and who are you rooting for?

I know what you're talking about I was just being a cheeky
b*tch when you mentioned rooting.

We don't associate the word root with cheering/barracking for a team.

There are few things worse in sports for a New York Mets fan than watching the "Evil Empire" win. There's a long way to go, the Twins one-run deficit notwithstanding.

Ha-ha, yes, style, color, and "niceness" contrasted to the "Evil Empire's" one-colored, boring pinstripes. Just as I began writing this, the Twins tied the game at four.

So Yankees will be playing the Indians. Tomorrow it's AZ Diamondbacks vs Colorado Rockies. AZ is the favorite to win and my personal hopeful to move on.

HA! Santana stunk and Berrios wasn't much better! They said the Twins have a 143 winning percentage against NY in post season, not much better in regular season! In the last decade the Twinkies have the lowest win percentage against in NY in good years and bad! I gave up when it got to be 7-4. Hopefully they'll surprise me, but Molitor should be MGR OF THE YEAR. We lost 103 games last years and made the playoffs this year. Hope no one blinked an eye because our exit seems to be pretty fast.

But Dozier hit one out as did Rosario and Buxton showed why he's the BEST center fielder in baseball. We'll do better next year I think.

The reason that that Super-Superstitionist Blake was blockaded was that he was sending me messages in a futile attempt to say that A, B and C in scientific fact couldn't possibly be true because one or more nonexistent "gods" wouldn't do things that way. A month ago, Blake said that he never sent me a message that was overloaded with emotes because, guess what, he's as much of a fool as are you, and equally gullible. This goes back to 2014 and Blake, apparently, fancies me because he's seen "Deliverance" too many times and that reminds him of West Virginia's ways.

The hillbilly notwithstanding, at least, by now, you've read the conclusive proof about the 9-11-01 WTC towers' fall, it could have happened no other way, as you now understand.

Had you lived in NYC or been raised in the suburbs of the world's greatest city -- both are applicable to me -- then your views might be worthy of consideration, but you weren't, so your thoughts on the Mets-Yanks ferocious rivalry are totally without merit. It certainly didn't help the Amazins' to have their owner, Fred Wilpon, have to pony up $162 million (I think that was lawsuit figure) because he got somebody hooked up to Bernie Madoff.

OK Santana stunk, we lost 8-4. The paper said we've played 15 post season games against NY and are now 2-13. No wonder I was pessimistic. That's a 133 win percentage! OK so I'll take HOU over BOS, CLE over NY, ARIZ over COL. LA over whoever, WASH over whoever. (If LA plays WASH I take LA) and LA and CLE in the Series!

After the Mets lost to the Yanks in the 2000 Series, it was sweet schadenfreude to see the D-Backs' win in the 7th game of the following year on a bloop hit off Rivera over Jeter.

Yeah I grew up on Long Island.

Im a big Mets fan. I was 8 years old when they beat the Orioles in 5. The Series I really remember was 73 against Oakland. Willie Mays.

We had that Oakland team on the ropes in game 6 but they came back.

Broke my 12 yearold heart.

I hate the Yankees. Hate their facade their monuments pinstripes but mostly their fans.

Used to fight em in the schoolyard.LOL.

But unfortnately its bad days for the blue and orange these days. M.E.T.S. My Entire Team Sucks.

Maybe the Wilpons will sell.

It's kinda silly if you ask me. I hope NY wins... don't care if it's Yankees or Mets. Mets were sub-par this year, but a couple years ago they went to the world series, and I was happy for em. I'm hoping the Yanks do it this year.

I doubt they are moving forward... a cleveland/houston clash is probably inevitable.
